Due to ongoing growth & success, our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their close-nit team focussed on B2B Wholesale builds. THE ROLE: Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities include though not limited to: Update database and provide high level administration for residential construction builds from inception to completion. Submit applications for Building Permits, Developer's approval and all required documentation Liaise with council, surveyors & authorities to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner Support the Construction team and assist with permits & final inspections Provide regular project updates to clients Collaborate with teams & management to improve processes and support goals. SKILLS EXPERIENCE: Our client is seeking an experienced customer service administrator with a passion for construction. Previous experience in a similar role | Minimum 2 years Must have Permits experience, including lodging Developer's approval and Building Permit. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must High level of attention to detail Experience in a customer based environment where problem solving and management is essential.
